Not that many listeners in life would give this artist as much regard as I credit him with but I swear his music is worth every penny. I like to think everyone from Shakespeare to Benjemin Zephaniah can appreciate his poetry (lyricism). Even Lupe said, “Blu is the only artist in the game that scares me.”

You have to let the ‘GLE’ part rollll off your tongue like good phlegm. It’s her her favourite word for no other reason other than it sounds nice said out loud. Can’t argue with her.

He’s not really cabbie though. Sabien doesn’t do drop-offs, but if he did… You’d have the real’st conversation in the world.

So I’m sitting here, trying to think of how best to put across the wisdom shared by this man but I’m slowly (actually quite quickly infact) losing the will to type it all down. Blame my love for the words ‘lackadaisical’ and ‘lethargic’. Besides, I’ve come to the conclusion that the three most motivating things in the world are love, money and sex. Writing down the conversation leads to none of the three… Actually, wait, it might. Some rich girl just might be reading this thinking, “I’ll give him love, sex and money, ’cause he’s name Will and he’s Igbo and he lives in East London and that’s all I want from a man.” ANOREXIC chance.

Anyway a point I wanna draw out from the talk with said “cabbie” is NO music is rubbish. Just ’cause it ain’t your cup of hot chocolate doesn’t mean it’s shxt. You may say an artist is crap, eg Soulja Boy but he serves a purpose. Same way you might say Trance artists are pants but they’re mekking music that people like.

Moral of the sentence – Respect others’ artistry.
